ブランドのインスタグラムなどでもお知らせしておりましたが、現在、7月22日(火)より、東京展示会を開催しているCOTTLE。

 

 

先日、パリでも展示会を行いましたが、今回の東京でのものは、主にアジア圏でのバイヤーの方に向けて開催をしています。

 

バイヤーの方向け展示会として、7月22日(火)〜8月3日(日)までの期間を予定しておりますので、バイヤーの方々でご来場頂ける場合には、事前にアポイントをお願い致します。

 

 

また、同時開催として、来週7月28日(月)〜8月3日(日)までの期間は、一般のお客様向けのオーダーイベントを行います。

 

 

こちらにお越し頂く際には、アポイントは不要でどなた様でもお越し頂ける期間となります。

今回は、東京での展示会を兼ねたブランド主催のイベントということもあり、このようなことはこれまではCOTTLEの本拠地である岡山県の児島のアトリエでの開催でした。

 

日本国内では、全国の限られた取り扱い店舗さんのみでご覧頂けるCOTTLEですが、その際には、セレクトショップさんの考えや、編集が入り、そのお店固有のオリジナリティが入ったイベント企画となります。

 

 

 

この度の期間中は、一般の方にもご覧頂ける、東京での初めてのブランド主催のオーダーイベントです。

 

 

バイヤーの方にも向けた”ブランドの世界”・”思想”がより表現され、少し角度が違ったように感じてもらえるのではないかと思います。

 

 

 

また、そのような展示会ということもあり、ご覧頂けるラインナップとしては、ブランドの多くのコレクションに加え、”Beauty of Utility”という新たなコレクションシリーズも用意しています。

As announced on our brand’s Instagram and other channels, COTTLE is currently holding its Tokyo Exhibition starting Tuesday, July 22.

Following our recent exhibition in Paris, this Tokyo event is primarily intended for buyers from across Asia.

The buyers-only exhibition will be held from Tuesday, July 22 to Sunday, August 3. If you are a buyer and would like to attend, we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment in advance.

In conjunction with this event, we will also be holding a made-to-order event for the general public from Monday, July 28 to Sunday, August 3.

This portion of the event is open to all visitors without the need for an appointment.

This time, the event is hosted directly by the brand in Tokyo, a rare occasion as such events have traditionally been held only at COTTLE’s home atelier in Kojima, Okayama.

In Japan, COTTLE is typically available only at a limited number of select stores nationwide, where each retailer curates and presents the collection in their own unique way.

However, this Tokyo event marks the first time that a brand-hosted made-to-order event will be open to the general public.

We hope that visitors — including buyers — will experience a new angle of the brand’s worldview and philosophy as expressed more directly and deeply than usual.

In addition to a broad lineup of the brand’s existing collections, we are also presenting a new series called “Beauty of Utility,” which was recently introduced at the Paris showroom this past June.

Though we cannot replicate the full scope of our atelier in Okayama, we’ve prepared the Tokyo venue to allow visitors to immerse themselves as much as possible in the world of COTTLE.

The space is filled with a wide variety of COTTLE’s collections — more than can be captured in a single photo. We would be truly delighted if you could find and order something you love from among these carefully curated pieces.

I’ll be at the venue all day on Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3, and I very much look forward to meeting everyone who visits.
