wool-based variations\u2014from a total of four fabric types.<\/p>\r\n Today, we\u2019re pleased to present the remaining two types:<\/p>\r\n Chino and Corduroy.<\/p>\r\n Each piece in the Re.Touched collection is one-of-a-kind and will be sold as-is during the event. They are categorized into three sizes: S, M, and L.<\/p>\r\n The Re.Touched collection is based on completely different styles of used pants, which have all been remarkably transformed into the unique DIOGUARDI aesthetic.<\/p>\r\n Because of this, even within the same size category\u2014like M\u2014you may find some pieces run slightly smaller or larger. We hope you find the perfect fit among the various options.<\/p>\r\n While traces of the original base pants remain, Daniel\u2019s honed techniques bring each piece to life as trousers full of energy and individuality.<\/p>\r\n We invite you to wait with excitement until the collection officially launches.<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Let\u2019s start with the corduroy.<\/p>\r\n One unique aspect of corduroy is the varying widths of its ridges (wales), which gives each piece a different visual mood\u2014even within the same corduroy series\u2014compared to other fabrics.<\/p>\r\n In today\u2019s fashion scene, fine-wale corduroy is not commonly seen, but it feels like a perfect match for the silhouette and presence of DIOGUARDI\u2019s trousers.<\/p>\r\n The contrast between the corduroy\u2019s sheen and the expressive threads bursting out from DIOGUARDI\u2019s construction draws the eye.<\/p>\r\n Because of the natural texture and shadows on the fabric\u2019s surface, corduroy offers richer visual information than flat fabrics.<\/p>\r\n This works especially well with DIOGUARDI\u2019s slightly avant-garde structural design, enhancing the overall sense of boldness.<\/p>\r\n Even when hanging, the trousers maintain a crisp shape around the waist and hips\u2014you can already see the form taking shape.<\/p>\r\n It almost looks like they defy gravity and stand on their own.<\/p>\r\n The one shown here is size S, and it creates a very sharp silhouette.<\/p>\r\n You can really feel how a once-ordinary pair of trousers has been transformed into something on a whole different level by Daniel\u2019s craftsmanship.<\/p>\r\n All of the trousers in this Re.Touched release\u2014except for one denim piece\u2014feature a zip front, making them comfortable and easy to wear for women as well.<\/p>\r\n When you look inside, you can see that the waistband has been cut, sewn, and reconnected.<\/p>\r\n As shown in the photo above, another Re.Touched hallmark is the pocket lining being inserted into the front panel.<\/p>\r\n This detail reduces the capacity of the side pockets and makes them less practical\u2014but in turn, helps preserve the clean, sculptural lines around the waist by eliminating bulk.<\/p>\r\n The back waistband is also cut and restructured, with the back panel transitioning into darts, just like the front.<\/p>\r\n Seen from the inside, this is how the structure appears.<\/p>\r\n The number of these seams may vary depending on the original size and construction of the base trousers.<\/p>\r\n This detail allows the trousers to gently contour from hip to waist, resulting in a very natural and comfortable fit.<\/p>\r\n The comfort you feel when wearing them is unlike anything you\u2019d expect from typical corduroy or chino pants.<\/p>\r\n As mentioned in the previous post, even with the thick corduroy fabric, the inseam softly curves into the opposite panel at the crotch, allowing for an elegant drape.<\/p>\r\n And the inner thigh seam draws a clean, defined line\u2014a level of elegance not normally seen in casual corduroy trousers.<\/p>\r\n Again, due to the textured surface of the fabric, corduroy naturally creates shadows.<\/p>\r\n So when the threads burst outward from the seams, the visual weight and richness feel even more pronounced compared to other fabrics.<\/p>\r\n The joining seams are reinforced with both zigzag and single stitching, creating a very solid construction.<\/p>\r\n Regardless of the material, DIOGUARDI follows the principles of classic trouser tailoring, and so the hem is finished with blind stitching.<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Next, a version based on wide-wale corduroy.<\/p>\r\n The photo shown is of a size S piece.<\/p>\r\n With wider wales, the pile becomes taller, and the fabric gains more thickness\u2014this results in a more striking, powerful appearance.<\/p>\r\n A defining trait of corduroy is that the wales are formed by weft threads.<\/p>\r\n In this particular piece, it appears the warp threads are purple and the weft threads are black, so you can see purple threads peeking out from the cut edges of the fabric.<\/p>\r\n In this model, the pocket lining is made of white fabric, creating a sharp contrast around the waist area.<\/p>\r\n Each piece is one-of-a-kind, of course\u2014but for those considering a purchase, we hope you find a balance of outer and inner fabrics that speaks to you, especially if you enjoy that kind of contrast.<\/p>\r\n On the back side, the panel construction begins with darts below the hips, offering a tailored shaping.<\/p>\r\n Within the corduroy series, you\u2019ll also find some rare color variations.<\/p>\r\n There\u2019s a dark green corduroy with rich depth in tone \u2014 this one is size M.<\/p>\r\n A burgundy version in size L, offering a deep, warm tone.<\/p>\r\n And even some with a velvety texture \u2014 this one is also M size.<\/p>\r\n Overall, the color palette leans dark, but among the entire lineup available during this special release period, corduroy offers the widest range of fabric variations.<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n The last fabric in the lineup is chino.<\/p>\r\n That said, this time the collection doesn\u2019t feature the typical beige or khaki\u2014instead, it includes nuanced colors like deep gray and navy.<\/p>\r\n Compared to denim and corduroy, chino fabric has a smoother, more refined surface, which makes the exposed threads stand out even more\u2014one of chino\u2019s distinctive traits.<\/p>\r\n These are British-sourced chinos, originally designed with trouser-like details such as waistband linings (marbelts) and double-welt back pockets, giving them a very tailored presence.<\/p>\r\n Of course, each base garment has its own unique characteristics, but when these authentic trouser details are combined with DIOGUARDI\u2019s avant-garde touches, the result is a truly creative and distinctive piece.<\/p>\r\n The refined details of
